趁此机会，记者采访了在雅思考试中获得8分的优秀学员沈同学，与他交流了雅思考试的高分心得以及学习英语的有效方法。
高分秘诀：把握“变换原则“作为一项国际性的英语水平测试，雅思的难度比国内的四/六级考试要相应有所提升。那么在高分学员眼中，雅思应注意哪些难点呢？沈同学表示：要把握雅思的“变换原则“。“在听力里面，试卷上的题干往往和听到的内容不太一样；阅读的文章和题目也不太可能出现一模一样的单词，出题者喜欢这样变一变的目的就是为了测试考生是否真的理解了听到的和读到的内容。同样，写作里面如果使用千篇一律的句型，或是经常重复同样的单词而不求变换，同样难以吸引考官的眼球而取得高分；考口语的时候，考官其实在很仔细地听你的回答中用到了哪些句型和搭配，至于回答的内容是否新颖，观点是否符合常识倒是其次，毕竟雅思考试考察的主要是语言能力，看你能否熟练地运用语言来达到有效交流的目的。“他解释道。
“另一个难点就是要注意细节。“沈同学还向我们补充，“听力里面充满着单复数和大小写的陷阱，写作时的审题偏差以及语法和拼写的错误都会让文章的印象分大打折扣。而口语里面常见的时态误用和单复数差错对我们而言似乎很平常，其实在外籍考官听来都是非常刺耳的。此外，我也和一些考生同样感到阅读和写作的时间不够用。其实速度是可以通过不断地练习来提高的。“尽管取得了8分的高分，但新东方的优秀学员们都显得非常谦虚，对他们来说，考分其实不是最重要的，他们真正看重的，应该还是能力上的提升。沈同学也不例外，他向记者表示：“能考到8分我感到很意外，有一点运气的成分在里面。但就算考到了8.5分，甚至9分的人，和native

（写和说）。我们在中文的环境下学习英语时不可能在这两者上平均用力，也没有必要这样。正确的方法应该是把训练的重点放在前者，即通过多读多听来增强输入能力的训练，再练习写作，最后再练习口语。这样可以使英语学习的过程更符合人类语言学习的规律。“随后他补充说道：“做真题的时候要控制好时间，把握好节奏，这样在考场上就不会因为时间不够用而慌张了。另外，写作和口语也是可以自己给自己评分的。雅思官方已经公布了写作和口语的评分标准，自己可以参考这些标准给自己分项打分，或者和其他雅友互评，这样的目的在于找到自己的短板，然后针对薄弱的环节加强练习。“兴趣是最好的老师
众所周知，学习英语要靠平时的积累，只有基础扎实了，才能在各种考试中所向披靡。但同样有句老话叫做“活到老，学到老“，即使曾经英语成绩一般，只要自己有足够的意识加以努力，依然可以获得成功，沈同学就是一个典型：“高中的时候英文不好，属于金字塔底层的那种。上海高考(论坛)的英语成绩也只有一百二十几分。幸运的是，大学英语老师的教学方法比较生动，加上没有应试的压力，我开始重拾了对英语学习的兴趣。我记得当时身边的同学们都把学英语当作一种负担，大多数人在过了六级之后就和英语说再见了，只有少数的几个以出国为目标的同学还在挑战更高的目标，比如托福、GRE，但学英语过程依旧显得十分功利，大家似乎一切以考试为目的。“他在回忆中强调了自己对英语的喜爱：“在大二的时候，学校允许大家选修第二个专业，不同于大多数学生一窝蜂地选择金融、经管作为自己的第二专业，我毅然选择了辅修英语，纯粹是出于对学习语言发自内心的喜好。事实证明我的选择再正确不过了，虽然第一专业的学习已经很繁重，每周还要牺牲三个晚上的时间去上二专，但我在二专班级上结识了一群才华横溢的朋友，这些同学都是来自各个学院的英文高手，即便在这个环境中我依旧
